Hilliard will be full of merriment, holiday cocktails, delicious food and local shopping for Hilliard's second annual Sip, Shop & Stroll on Thursday, Dec. 14, from 6 to 9 p.m. While exploring the event-exclusive sipping options and retail promotional offerings, fill up your Shop Local Passport by making purchases at participating businesses to earn an event shopping tote and entries into amazing giveaways.
The Sip, Shop & Stroll includes shops at Lattimer Square and Landmark Lofts as well as a host of businesses along Main Street in Old Hilliard, from Local Cantina to HillGarten. Be sure to download the event map to catch other gems such as Off Center Patio & Pub, Crooked Can and Old Hilliard Coin along the way. With all the participating dining establishments and most of the retail venues within the boundaries of the Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA), you can grab a hot toddy and hop from one retail shop to the next.
This year, the event will be elevated with the addition of luminaries lighting the walkways that lead to participating businesses and vendors outside of some of Hilliard's favorite eateries, complimenting the local retail businesses throughout Downtown Hilliard. While grabbing a friend and enjoying an evening of sipping and shopping is a solid plan, grabbing several friends for a long weekend in Hilliard is an even better option. With a plethora of self-care and relaxation services offered throughout Hilliard, there are several ways to relax and reset as you head into the holidays.
